My friends always commented that I have a sunken face, i.e. the lack of fat volume. I have a rather slim body but also unfortunately a rather sunken face as well.
I made up my mind to put on some weight to be able to maximise the fat graft surgery.
After the surgery, I wasn’t too swollen but felt myself looking more three dimensional and not so flat at the face area.
After 182 days
After the swelling went down, the grafted fat remained in my face. I totally loved the effect! Could not have imagined someone so slim to have such a cutesy chubby face
After 90 days
I went back for a fat graft top up after 3 months, filling up in areas which were more quickly absorbed previously.
After 29 days
My surgery became natural after a month. With a simple fat graft surgery, I felt my appearance looked so much better than before.
After 5 days
5 days after surgery, my swelling was still obvious as you can see from my eyes.
