For the whole of my life, I have been called 'big-sized'. Even when on a diet, my upper arm size remained the same... I even went for meridian massages upon hearing that stimulating lymphatic drainage improves circulation and promotes weight loss, but nothing seemed to change. I hated the sight of my flabby and saggy upper arms which deterred me from wearing sleeveless tops. This made me decide on liposuction. I was told that a substantial amount of fat was extracted from just one of my upper arms. Well, 1300 cc of fat says it all... However, amazingly, the surgery gave me slim arms.
