As can be seen from the picture, I had a wide chin, a square ridge and a prominent cheekbone before the operation. I narrowed my jaw, chin and cheekbones. I also did a full face fat transplant in a place with a flat face. After the operation, I looked smoother and younger, and my face had a certain three-dimensional effect.
There is no longer a hexagonal face in my life :)
