Operating room CCTV: Under the Medical Service Act, Article 38-2, an operating room where general anaesthesia is administered must have CCTV installed. A patient may request to view the recording — the hospital is not required to offer it first.
The surgeon who operates: MISOODA’s 27-point check asks every clinic to state in writing whether the surgeon you consult is the surgeon who operates. Unanswered items are left blank, not assumed.
