Nose Revision...
The tip of my nose has gradually been turning upwards ever since I had my first nose surgery, and it makes me look weird. People who see me would always be telling me my face looks dead or that I look like a foreigner because my nose was too sharp. You can see my nostrils in pictures, and the bridge of my nose also looks wide. I don’t look feminine at all. My sister did her nose at GNG, and I really like the shape of it so I also decided to make a trip there to receive consultation. I was told that it was because of the silicone that caused my nose to be in such state. Immediately decided on a surgery day right after consultation because I was worried the longer I leave it, the more upturned it would get.
Rhinoplasty~!
I really did not like how my face is starting to look older especially the middle of my forehead, it makes my face look long and my hump nose has always been my complex. My entire face just looks like its aging and I have never once heard someone telling me that I have a baby face. Hence all the more I really wanted to fix my prominent nose! Got to know GNG via a friend’s recommendation, my friend did her nose with them and it turned out so pretty and natural looking.

I injured my nose last year when I went to the water park with my friends. Truth is, the reason why I was so worried is because I had my nose done approximately 2 years ago and there was silicon in it! It was infected so and since then my nostrils also gradually became different sizes. This episode brought a huge impact and I really felt like there's something bad happening to it.
Nose Revision Surgery (3 times)
Hello everybody!! I did my nose three times T_T Thought my personal experience would be of help to people so I decided to write it down so yes… I’ve received surgery at other places before. As you can tell from pictures, I have a short button nose. During my second surgery I had no choice but to remove the silicon due to an infection. Also just to mention, those clinics I had visited previously do not specialize in nose surgery. I only decided to do surgery with them because I was attracted by the affordable prices they offered! Even though I did end up regretting, it was still my choice so there was no point crying over spilt milk. So for my third surgery I was really determined to find the right clinic – one that specializes in nose, did lots of research and finally decided to do my surgery with GNG this time round.

I heard a lot about how tiring and difficult it is to go around for consultations especially for serious cases of crooked nose. So I visited quite a lot of plastic surgery clinics before I finally come across GNG. Apparently even in such serious cases, the nose can still be operated. I thought nothing much could be done to my nose so I really went everywhere I could in hopes of finding a doctor who could help. I am sure you will see there is a hump on my nose bridge in my before picture. Not only that, my nose also looks severely crooked from my side profile. My nose is also on the bigger side compared to fellow east Asians and so are my nostrils. After receiving so many consultations from places to places, I felt like GNG is the most reliable as they also have their own ear-nose-and-throat department. Had a consultation with two doctors and quite a few check-ups ensued after. As the nose is a specialized area to be operated on, I’d already scheduled a day for operation immediately after consultation.
Rhinoplasty Revision
Hello, I am one of those few guys who decided to get rhinoplasty. A low nose has always been my concern, but ever since I got into an accident after surgery, my nose became crooked. I then have been wearing horn-rimmed glasses to distract people’s attention away from my nose and I developed a fear of talking to people up-close. My mind also started to become weak and get affected very easily when my friends teased me about it. Anyway since I’d already done surgery before I decided there was no harm doing it one more time, so I went around, and received consultations but was surprised to find out GNG also specialises in ear, throat, eyes department, which couldn’t be a more perfect choice for people like me who do surgery not just purely because of cosmetics purpose. Not only did I end up getting consultation from GNG, I was also looking at before and after pictures of real cases. My doctor took a look at my nose and was able to pinpoint the direction he was going to go for. This was when I felt like I could really trust GNG and needless to say, my mind was made.
Forehead fat grafting + Rhinoplasty
I’ve always hated my nose, and wished the tip was a little higher. Anyway I did fat grafting on my forehead and also used my own cartilage for my nose to create the desired effect. I was able to open up during consultation because my doctor was such a friendly guy. I’d even showed him the pictures of celebrities who have noses I want kkk which got me really excited, I was really looking forward to doing the surgery!! Other than a slight trembling before anesthesia, I was not anxious at all while waiting to go into the operating room.
Square jaw reduction + Double eyelid revision surgery
Anyone of you here is stressing over square jaw reduction surgery? Double eyelid revision surgery? Or both? I would like to share my own experience here because I have personally been through both of those at the same time. Since I am currently doing my masters in Korea, I also decided to fix my problematic areas that have been bothering me a long time. If you look at my pictures, you can tell I did my double eyelid surgery previously, that was done in China. However, my double eyelids turned out to be unbalanced, as one side is bigger than the other. Not only is the eyelid line Is uneven, they look weird too in pictures. My jaw has also been bothering me the longest time. I feel like I can count on GNG because it is widely known in China, specializes in many different areas, and has years of experience. I think the doctor in China failed to pinpoint the correct line to create the fold, hence the uneven-ness. Prior to the actual surgery, I had to do many check-ups and looking at the various kinds of cutting edge medical equipment, the more assured I felt. Anyway, I did my eyelid revision surgery first, then waited one week before doing square jaw reduction surgery. Usually both can be done together at the same time, but due to my schedule, I had to do them on separate occasion. Rested for a bit before returning to work, yes, with my face still swollen and tight but I didn’t think It would be so soon for me to be able to resume daily activities. After about a month my swelling gradually subsided. Went back to China during the end of 2nd month and friends who saw me were asking how have I gotten this pretty. They were making such a huge fuss about it!! So I told them it was with GNG that I’d undergone surgery, and a few of them actually went there for consultation. Most swelling is definitely gone by the third month, and I can see myself becoming prettier. I am very glad that I was able to fix my complex, if not for the fact I study here.
chin-+-rhinoplasty
Hello everyone! ! ! You may find out later that I am actually an employee working at GNG Hospital. Working with a doctor, I have seen that he has helped many patients and decided to fix my dissatisfied area one day. The chin and nose are my biggest problem areas. My face is not completely asymmetrical, but I don't like the curvature of the chin line. I have tried fillers, but since it is the fundamental part of the face, it cannot be easily solved, so I am determined to undergo surgery. Although I know very well how the operation was carried out, it still made me feel uncomfortable when I became a patient for the first time, but fortunately, thanks to my doctors and consultants, I was able to relax. Since my doctor has done a good job, my swelling is not too serious, although it surprised me a bit. After three days of rest, I resumed my work. My swelling really swollen quickly, but the healing is not that much. In fact, it takes about 2 weeks for the wound to heal, but as far as I am concerned, by the third week, I still wear tape. All in all, the experience of role swapping is indeed a refreshing experience for me. From seeing so many patients to becoming patients themselves. I feel that I can better understand the patient now. I am very proud to be a member of this GNG family!
Rhinoplasty
I had a lot of people telling me I was pretty as a child, but something (they couldn’t really pinpoint what) was not right on my face. It turned out to be my nose. I’ve always had big nostrils, and a hooked nose with wide alars. So the thought of doing rhinoplasty have always crossed my mind. But obviously I am also aware of how irreversible a surgery can be so I wanted to make sure I did enough research before I proceed with it. I think it took me about a year, before finally deciding on GNG plastic surgery that also specializes in ear-nose-and-throat after looking at transformation pictures and reading reviews on their official website. During consultation, they also told me a lot of things I didn’t know before. The doctor and consultants made it really easy for me to understand as well. I learnt that it was because of my crooked nasal septum that causes one side of my nose to be blocked during each change of season. Prior to this consultation, I thought I had to maybe make a trip down to the ear, nose, throat department. I feel like I wouldn’t be able to find another hospital that is as professional as GNG hence decided to trust them. Since I was going to do a complicated procedure (deviated septum, rhinitis, nasal blockage) I had to be put under GA. I was surprised that I also had to do several comprehensive medical check up before actual surgery, even the after-surgery care was so detailed, I knew I was in good hands under GNG. Really couldn’t be more satisfied with my new nose!!! I strongly advise those who are also thinking of rhinoplasty, to do their research intensively, and make sure the hospital/doctor is professional in that are before deciding to do plastic surgery!!!
