The clinic is led by representative director Dr. Chang Young-woo and a team of five board-certified plastic surgeons, and its stated rule is that the surgeon who consults is the surgeon who operates and who handles aftercare. Its main areas are eye surgery, facial contouring, and anti-aging lifting including facelift, forehead lift and lower-eyelid surgery. A board-certified anesthesiologist is on site around the clock, covering preparation through recovery.
