Beautiful Nose revision with Topface via Misooda.com
I had primary rhinoplasty done 10 years ago. At that time I disliked my nose so much so anything was better, but this time around I had a good idea of what the kind of nose suits my face so I started researching for my secondary rhinoplasty. I went to many places for consultation but after meeting Dr Shim, I instantly knew he understood the kind of aesthetics I favored so I decide to schedule the surgery with him. The surgery was painless, I was asleep and awake before I knew it. When I woke up I was already in a nose cast so I had to be patient to see my nose in 8 days time. I felt some pressure on the nose but not much pain at all. Top Face provided complimentary pumpkin juice packs for to deswell and facial wipes because cannot wash face until stitch removal. I went to get my stitches cleaned every other day, with complimentary laser treatment to help with swelling. Finally the day of stitch and cast removal arrived. I was both excited and nervous to see my new nose. Misooda provided a translator bcos the surgery's translator was on holiday (thank you Misooda ^3^). Stitch removal was painless and I was given injection of antibiotics to help with healing with no infection. I was given final laser treatment and mini facial for the nose area that was under plaster and cast. There was no bruising on the nose at all and swelling wasn't too bad, I could already see the shape was improved. Dr Shim showed me before and after photos of me and asked how I was feeling and if I was happy with the result. He is super kind and patient and I want to commend him on his skills. Many other doctors I consulted suggest use my rib and or ear cartilage which is many other wounds and scars on body, but Dr Shim used only my septal cartilage so less scars for me. The stitching on my nose was very precise, there was no scar when stitch removed% just some red coloration.
Double eyelids revision only 1 week at Topface!
Even though my eyes are still swollen but there are no bruises so the healing process was pretty easy. After removing stitches in a week, I went out with confidence wearing shades. It was totally not as swollen as I thought and even though my right eye was more swollen than the other, Topface assured me that this is normal :) The service is remarkable and i definitely did not regret picking Misooda and Topface!

I had no self-confidence and I was full of complex because of my appearance, as I had flat forehead, loose eyelids, and low nose. I wanted to do plastic surgery and went to a lot of clinics. Topface plastic surgery consultant was friendly to me and the doctor consulted very precisely what I liked most. Nasal bridge+Nasal tip surgery / used nasal septum
I tried a lot of procedures such as filler, haiko, etc, because of my low and stubby nose. But I could not get desired shape, furthermore side effects such as bumpiness and deviation occurred after previous surgery and I decided to get revision rhinoplasty. I had a lot of consultation at other clinics while looking for nose revision surgery, but I was worried about the surgery cost and finally, I went to Topface plastic surgery clinic. I was afraid to get surgery again because I had experience of surgery failure once. I did not have much confidence, but after the conversation with the doctor, I became convinced and decided to get surgery. I wanted to change my impression that looks scary, so decided to have an eyelid and fat grafting surgery. Currently, I am enjoying every day because of my new life.
