The clinic is led by Dr. Minhee Ryu, who is described on the clinic's own site as a MAFAC faculty member, a visiting professor at the Mayo Clinic and an editorial board member of an aesthetic plastic surgery journal. Consultation is available in Korean, English, Japanese, Indonesian and Chinese, and the clinic arranges airport pickup and partner-hotel stays for patients travelling from overseas.
