Rhinoplasty, fat grafting at bk plastic surgery

Today is my first consultation at BK Hospital Korea for my rhinoplasty and fat grafting, which is scheduled for tomorrow noon. I had my consultation with Tanya first who is a english translator she was super nice then with Dr Koh who is my surgeon for my surgeries. He was super nice and detailed with what i should be recommended with such as i initially wanted a really high nose 5-6cm but Dr Koh recommended me to do just 4-4.

5cm to suit my face and get fat grafting for the cheeks,smile lines and forehead to fill the sunken parts of my face and look younger. I am nervous and excited for my surgery tomorrow and look forward to the results. 103 0 14619 After 90 days This is my 3 months update since rhinoplasty and fat grafting to my face.

My nose is looking good it’s looking very natural and the tip is swelling down now as well. So far super happy with my results. As for my fat grafting abit if it has been absorbed in, however I was told this during surgery to come back for touch up.

This will ensure it lasts longer so I have already booked in a time ????. After 60 days 2 months post surgery and my nose is looking great. Most of the swelling around my bridge has subsided only a bit on the tip.

Most nose shape is defining really well as well as my fat grafting has swelled down and looks completely natural. My nose is done really natural and received a lot of compliments on how well my new nose looks.
