Hi everyone! I had my facial contouring, double eyelid revision and forehead fat graft at View Plastic Surgery and I would like to share my experience with ya’ll. I always felt that my face was too big and my eyes were too small so turned to plastic surgery to help me achieve my aesthetic goals. The reason why I chose View is because I don’t mess around when it comes to my face. I wanted a clinic that is reputable in craniofacial surgery and I knew surgeons at View are expertise in this area. So let’s backtrack to my consult, I arrived in Korea on November 16th and immediately went to my consult at View. When I arrived at the clinic I was graciously greeted by all the gorgeous consultants and the coordinator from Misooda. I was then escorted to the consultation floor to await Dr. Yun Chang Woon and Dr. Lee Ho Bin who will be performing my facial contouring and eyelid revision, respectively. While waiting, the consultants and nurses at View had me fill out paperwork and performed my pre-surgery workup, which included bloodwork, CT scans/xrays, and before & after photos. When I finally get to talk to Dr. Yun, I showed him a reference photo of what I want. Unlike what I feel is the ideal Korean aesthetic for jawline, I wanted my jawline to be more angular; however, since I don’t have a gonial angle in my jaw it was not possible to achieve exactly what I wanted and Dr. Yun was very upfront and honest about this fact (which I really appreciated). He dissected my face and explained to me what can be fixed and I agree with him. He also pointed out that my face is slightly tilted to the left which is why one side of my face is larger than the other. After consulting with Dr. Yun, I felt I was in very good hands for my facial contouring surgery the next day. Next, I was led to another consultation room to talk to Dr. Lee. I once again showed him the reference picture of what I want and after staring long and hard at my eyes he told me what his plans were. I essentially wanted eyes that are bigger and brighter eyes and so we agreed that I would get non-incisional eyelid surgery as well as ptosis correction. Dr. Lee would also be performing my forehead fat graft. He examined my forehead closely and explained to me where my muscle is most active in my forehead and the ideal placement of the fat which made me feel very reassured because he is very knowledgeable. Overall, I felt very comfortable after my consults that I made the right choice to go with View. Please follow along on my journey to achieve a better version of myself.

One year after the operation~ I was a little worried when I consulted before surgery. I don't know if I really need that surgery. Do I really have a short chin? I have this idea. Of course... after watching the photo... you can see the difference. The best effect after surgery is when you lose your face The biggest change is that I can tie my hair at any time. I rarely tie my hair before when I have square jaw and a prominent cheekbones. Today, I tend to tie my hair. I have been working for a while, but after the operation I found a new job. Many people praise my eyes. I don't have much eye makeup, but my eyes are bright, it looks energetic. The effect on both of my surgery is very clear. When you look at my nose from the side, you can tell the difference. They said that your nose will go low after surgery, but I don't think so. When I saw other people undergoing nose surgery, they asked if my nose was different. I told my nose that it was the same and didn't change. My friends had a nose surgery and I could see a change in the nose. I have some friends whose noses tend to be on one side and some on one side are inclined, while others have a slight downward inclination. It may vary from person to person and may be completed in which hospital you are doing, but I have not seen any adverse side effects. I think if I lose weight, it will be much better, but dieting is too difficult. Haha. My weight has not changed a year or a year later. If you want to see more effective results, they say that weight loss is better. The hardest thing is not only surgery, but also dieting!

It's already been a year since I had the surgery~ On the day of the operation, i wasnt in my right mind as i was busy trying to wake up from the anesthesia. For the first month, I was busy because of the swelling. and after the 2 ~ 3 month, the major swelling died down so you could tell i got alot prettier I do not have any problems in my daily life now. I'm doing very well without any side effects ~ I also eat food that is tough or hard without any problems Just by looking at the pictures, you can tell that I completely changed ~ The cheekbones and chin were so angled and my eyes looked so sleepy. I had a flat forehead without a sense of volume. Now that It became slimmer, I can fit any hairstyle. I like this part the most! > < and the fat graft on my forehead isnt going away~ I heard a lot of people saying that when my hair is tied up it matches me very well My eyes also caught the line beautifully,so i became more feminine And they always say that you have to be careful on which hospital you pick, and after my experience i can tell why that is important I saw some people who had surgery around me and a number of them are going through unwanted side effects and some are even going through re-operation .. ㅜ You need to know about post-care, director, hospital, etc. I am especially grateful that the after surgery post care was so thorough at this hospital, Post management was good, so I recommend you to look for a place that has good post management! Its getting so hot that I am not exercising as much as i should . Why is there so many delicious foods? I need to start the diet fast! So, I need to get started quickly !!!!!!!!!!!!

Starting the third day after the surgery i went on light walked at night I was surprised that the swelling reduced faster than I thought ~ I was worried more for my nose surgery compared to my facial contour as it was a reopperation, the recovery speed was alot faster than i thought;; maybe my body was meant for plastic surgery;; you can definitely see the difference when you take pictures ~~

Its already been a couple years that passed since i got facial contouring surgery~ Time flies lol at the beginning i was thinking if i made the wrong decision Now i dont even have that thought lol the swelling keeps on getting better over time and my facial expression became more natural compared to the beginning after 1-2years after the surgery, the lines becames more visible The answer for everything is time .. Recently, I went back to the hospital after a long time because of Botox and the doctors, Nurses and all the staffs were amazed ^^ ;; that I changed a lot. I do agree ^^ ;; I also did lose weight lol Swelling, surgery, and perfect positioning, it is now the stage where i would be the prettiest i was worried about my cheeks sagging after the surgery so i asked, but they stated that they thought about the results and sagging after the surgery so during the procedure they made it so i wouldne have to worry about the sagging~~ I came back to the hospital and looked at my old pictures again. I really couldnt believe that was me lol I heard that i was pretty before the surgery but i am still glad that i got the surgery donw~ really the best medicine is time~~

I had a lot of "crackling" noises in my jaw,and assymetry The pain was so severe. my eyes were the type of eyes that my eyelashes always poked at as it drooped downwards, which is why i decided on getting the procedure done while getting the surgery The surgery results is better than expected and successful! It has not been one year now, it will be one year next january! If you say getting surgery is not hard to do it, it's a lie. to be honest the most hardest part about the journey is not being able to eat for two weeks After this period, it really gets better! As well as appearance, My jaw joints and pain have disappeared so life is alot easier I have seen many times that you are complaining of pain and suffering. I heard a lot of people say that I have changed after my surgery lol Especially, that i look a lot younger lol The double eyelids were done with non incision but they became clearer as if i had ptosis correction I was worried about the swelling at the beginning, but I did not have to worry about it at all!

I have a complex about my look always. As you can see, my face is very long since it over-developed during my school years.. I've been suffering from malocclusion causes functional indigestion all these years. Every girl cares what others think about herself. I felt extremely bad Every time when I hear people laugh at me with jaw-related nick name. That hits me the hardest back in that time. I lose confidence of my appearance completely so that I always let my hair down to cover side face. I was determined to have my face corrected by surgery one day from that time.
