Are these prices really all-inclusive?+
Yes. Every package price covers your chief-doctor consultation, the procedures listed, and tax — no hidden clinic or consultation fees. Only your flights and hotel are separate, and we help you plan those too.
Why is MISOODA free for me, and how can your prices be lower?+
You never pay MISOODA — our partner clinics do. As a government-certified medical tourism company we receive official support, and because we bring clinics a large volume of patients, we negotiate real discounts on your behalf. So you pay the same as walking in yourself — or less — with no broker markup and no "tourist price" on top.
How does the 5% cash back work?+
Since Korea's tourist tax refund ended on 1 January 2026, we give you 5% cash back instead — for every client, no minimum spend. Pay by card or bank transfer, send us your receipt, and once we verify it your 5% is sent straight to you.
Are the products and injectables genuine?+
100% genuine. Every product we use is authentic, with certified single-use tips and needles for every treatment — no counterfeit boosters or fillers, and no re-used disposables.
Is it safe for sensitive or Asian skin?+
Yes. Your treatment is matched to your skin type at consultation, and the doctor screens for the pigmentation (PIH) risk common in Asian skin and adjusts the plan. All 150+ clinics are government-verified, board-certified, and carry medical malpractice insurance covering foreign patients.
How much downtime will I have? Can I fly home soon after?+
Most of our skin-package treatments — skin boosters, glass-skin and mild laser — have little to no downtime: at most light redness or tiny marks that fade fast. Your coordinator confirms the exact downtime before you book and plans your schedule around your flight, so you leave looking calm, not raw.
When do I pay, and what happens if I cancel?+
You pay only the promotion amount up front to lock your date — any extra or balance is settled in person at the clinic. Cancel 7+ days before your date and you're refunded 100%; 5 days, 90%; 3 days, 50%; a no-show isn't refunded — but in every case the amount is kept as points you can use within 24 months, so nothing is ever lost.
How do I pay, and in what currency?+
The promotion amount is paid by card or international bank transfer to our official account. Only additional treatments or balances are paid in person at the clinic in Korea.
How far in advance should I book?+
We recommend booking at least 2 weeks ahead so we can secure your preferred clinic, doctor and dates. Last-minute requests down to about 3 days before are often possible too — as long as a slot is open. Message us with your travel dates and we'll tell you right away what's available.
What about hotels and meals?+
Meals are not included, but we can book your stay at our partner hotel rate — we send you an invoice and you pay by card or bank transfer. Hotel bookings are non-refundable once confirmed. From $1,500 you also get airport send-off, and from $3,000 airport pickup plus 4 hours of in-person interpreter care; below that, interpretation is provided online.
How many sessions do I need, and when will I see results?+
It depends on the treatment and your goal. Tell your care manager what you want and they will guide you on what to expect; your doctor confirms the exact number of sessions, your results and how long they last at your in-person consultation in Seoul — before any treatment.
Will I get help in my own language — before, during and after?+
Yes, the whole way through. A dedicated interpreter who speaks your language handles both translation and your day-to-day care (English in English, Mandarin in Mandarin), and you can reach your coordinator on WhatsApp, Line or KakaoTalk anytime during your trip. After you fly home you're still covered: for 6 months you can send us your photos anytime and we'll have your treating doctor review your healing and share follow-up advice.
