Overview
The number of women looking for genital cosmetic surgery is increasing to find ways to enjoy a better sex life. Vaginoplasty
Vaginoplasty, also called as ‘vaginal rejuvenation’, is a procedure to tighten the vagina muscles of the vaginal wall and the vaginal opening. It is performed to strengthen those muscles while removing excess tissue from the vaginal lining. Many women choose to have a vaginoplasty after childbirth to fix vaginal deformations or repair vaginal stretches and tears. Clitoroplasty
A clitoroplasty, also known as clitoral hood reduction, is a surgical procedure that refines or improves the appearance of a woman’s clitoris. It is often concealed, either partially or completely, by the clitoral hood, the glands of skin which surrounds the clitoris. This procedure reduces this clitoral hood to the head of the clitoris that lies underneath to be exposed. It is performed depends on the specific purpose of the procedure weather it’s girth or length reduction, or clitoral reconstruction. The aim of clitoroplasty is to expect to have a normal sized clitoris or clitoral hood with normal clitoral function, in that the clitoris and its hood are able to do close-to-normal sexual sensations to increase sexual pleasure.

Operating-room CCTV: how to request it for your surgery
Under Korea's Medical Service Act Article 38-2 (the Kwon Dae-hee Law, in force since 25 September 2023), operating rooms where patients are put under general anaesthesia or are otherwise unconscious must have CCTV installed. Recording starts only when the patient asks — clinics do not have to offer it first. If your procedure is done under general anaesthesia or sleep (deep) sedation, the law applies to you; procedures done under local anaesthesia alone are not covered.
Ask in writing before surgery day. One line is enough: "I request CCTV recording of my surgery under Article 38-2 of the Medical Service Act" (in Korean: 의료법 제38조의2에 따라 수술 장면 CCTV 촬영을 요청합니다). Footage is kept for at least 30 days and is released only to investigators or courts, or with the consent of you and the medical staff filmed.
