1. Bokkeum Neoguri (볶음너구리)

Nongshim ramen has released quite a few new types of ramen this month. The first being, bokkeum neoguri is meant to be served dry. This packet of ramen comes with a total of three sachets; seasoning, seafood veggies, and red pepper oil.

Neoguri means racoon in Korean. Garnish includes a plenty of seafood ingredients and racoon fishcakes! How adorable is that!

For those who prefer thicker noodles, you’ll enjoy this a lot! Another offering from Nong Shim that packs a punch and really delivers.

It goes really well with rice too!

2. Nuclear Fire Noodles (핵불닭볶음면)

Like the original fire noodles, this one has no broth, but 2 times spicier!!! The noodles are thick and very chewy.

The spice will hit you from the very beginning but also comes with a slightly sweet aftertaste. You’ve been warned. Try it at your own risk!

3. Volcano Kko Kko Noodles (볼케이노 꼬꼬볶음면)

Volcano Kko Kko Noodles claims itself as a contender for recently released spiciest noodles, it is however, not as spicy as nuclear fire noodles. Curry scent is nice yet not violently strong, there is a certain hit of spiciness; but not too much so and just about right!

This would be a good alternative for those who prefer something less spicy than nuclear fire noodles!

4. Dressing Noodles: French Mustard (드레싱누들: 프렌치머스타드)

Another new addition to Nongsim ramen family is their dressing noodles that comes with two different flavours; French mustard and oriental flavors respectively! You’ll very likely be reminded of eating a salad because of the dressing!

Inside the garnish sachet: Parsley, peanuts and sesame seeds

They would go very well with vegetables like broccoli, lettuce, cauliflower and even tomatoes! Definitely a healthier option as compared to other ramen out there!

5. Dressing Noodles: Oriental (드레싱누들: 오리엔탈)

Dressing noodles with oriental sauce, similar to French mustard noodles, their garnish sachet consists of peanuts, black and white sesame seeds.

Finish it off with ingredients of your choice, such as chicken shreds or vegetables. Both have very low calories, perfect for someone who wants a light and simple meal!
